Laura qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and joined Dawson Hart in 2004, becoming a partner in October 2005.
Laura specialises in all areas of private client matters, dealing with Probate, Trusts, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship matters. Laura is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Laura acts as for the elderly and vulnerable, having been appointed as Attorney or Deputy for clients who require help when they become unable to manage their affairs themselves. Having been head of the Private Client Department for many years,, Laura also now enjoys responsibility for Corporate Responsibility and fundraising at Dawson Hart, putting on a number of very popular events throughout the year to raise money for our Charity of the Year.
With a love of the outdoors, in her spare time Laura enjoys dog walking on the South Downs with her husband and two children. She also enjoys dance classes and eating out.
