Edward Pitt
Edward joined Dawson Hart in February 2024 as a trainee solicitor, having graduated in Law LLB from the University of Reading in 2021. During his time at Reading, he completed the RED award, which involved undertaking voluntary work and additional training sessions, such as negotiation, advocacy and mediation. Following his degree, Edward completed the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law, together with an MSc in Law and Business Management, which stimulated his interest in the mechanics of business and company law.
Alongside his studies and after leaving University, Edward gained experience working in customer service, E-Commerce and marketing. With that experience under his belt, Edward earned a training contract with Dawson Hart. His first seat was in Personal Injury and Litigation, and he is now training in residential and commercial property, before moving to family law and private client law over the course of the next 2 years.
Outside of work Edward is a sports fanatic being a life-long Arsenal fan, running a Facebook page with around 900,000 followers. He has also taken up golf in the last couple of years and spends many a weekend shooting well over par!
Edward is also a keen traveller, having spent 6 months in South East Asia and travelling all across Europe prior to joining Dawson Hart, and a passionate fundraiser having raised over £1000 for Movember in 2022.
