On Saturday 26th June 2021 a team from Dawson Hart will be taking part in the “Color Obstacle Rush” at Brighton Racecourse to raise money for our Charity of the Year, Sussex Support Services.
The participants will be taking part in a fun 5K run with 20 obstacles, music and powder paint and everyone is keen to take part especially as it was cancelled last year due to covid. There will still be some adaptations due to covid including taking part socially distanced whilst wearing masks but with so many charities in much need of help and support at the moment we are very glad the event can go ahead.
Sussex Support Service were our Charitable organisation of the Year in 2020 and we are continuing to support them this year. Sussex Support Service is a support centre at Victoria Pavilion, Victoria Pleasure Ground in Uckfield. They provide much needed support, day care and drop in sessions for people in East Sussex with dementia, Parkinson’s and other extra care needs and those who are socially isolated. The day care gives respite for family members and those who attend find themselves a warm welcome.
